Current Openings
Early Learning Facilitator
Full-time | BrightRoots Community Learning Center
Lead daily classroom activities for children ages birth through five using our play-based, evidence-informed curriculum. Conduct developmental screenings, maintain a safe and engaging learning environment, communicate regularly with families, and participate in team planning meetings.
Qualifications: Child Development Associate (CDA) credential or higher; at least two years of experience working with young children in a group setting; strong communication skills; bilingual candidates encouraged to apply.
Family Engagement Coordinator
Full-time | BrightRoots Community Learning Center
Build and maintain relationships with enrolled families, coordinate parent workshops, connect families with community resources, and support program enrollment and outreach efforts. Serve as a bridge between families and BrightRoots programming.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Human Services, or related field; experience working with diverse families; excellent organizational and interpersonal skills; valid driver's license; fluency in Spanish or another community language preferred.
Marketing Manager
Full-time | Remote with occasional on-site presence
Develop and execute BrightRoots' communications strategy across digital and print channels. Manage social media, email campaigns, website content, and media relations. Tell the stories of our programs and the families we serve in ways that inspire support and engagement.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field; three or more years of marketing experience, preferably in the nonprofit sector; strong writing and design skills; experience with email platforms and social media management tools.
Part-time Workshop Leader
Part-time | Saturdays, 9:00 AM - 1:00 PM
Facilitate interactive parent workshops on topics including positive discipline, early literacy, nutrition, and child development. Prepare materials, lead group discussions, and create a welcoming, inclusive environment for all participants.
Qualifications: Experience in family education, early childhood development, or a related field; dynamic facilitation skills; comfort working with diverse groups; bilingual candidates strongly encouraged to apply.
